LM Funding Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Standards

TAMPA, Fla., Nov. 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LM Funding America, Inc. (Nasdaq: LMFA) (“LM Funding” or the “Company”), a technology-based specialty finance company offering unique funding solutions to community associations, today announced that on November 12, 2018, the Company received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) confirming that the Company has regained compliance with the $1 per share minimum bid price requirement and, on November 13, 2018, the Company was further notified by Nasdaq that it had been deemed in compliance with all other applicable listing requirements and that the previously scheduled hearing before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel had been canceled.

Accordingly, LM Funding’s common stock and warrants will continue to be listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market and the listing review has been closed.
